Taylor
Hello and welcome!
My name is Taylor, the curly-haired redhead who will greet you with a warm smile whenever you call or visit our wonderful office. As the Financial and Treatment Plan Coordinator, I’m here to help you navigate your scheduling and financial needs with ease. My goal is to make every step of your experience as smooth and comforting as possible, especially if dental visits tend to bring a bit of anxiety.
I take great pride in ensuring that each patient—whether new or established—receives the exceptional care and attention our office is known for. I’m a kindhearted, dedicated team member who gives my all to supporting our patients, because you deserve nothing but the best when trusting us with your dental care.
Behind the scenes, I’m a loving dog mom to two beautiful pups: Luna, my spirited 9-year-old Jack Russell, and Peanut, my sweet 16-year-old Fox Terrier/Yorkie mix. On weekends, you can often find me enjoying a good glass of wine and spending quality time with my friends and family.
I look forward to welcoming you to our practice and helping you feel comfortable, informed, and cared for every step of the way.
Amber
Hello, my name is Amber. I am one of the welcoming smiles you’ll see as soon as you walk through the door. I love helping people feel comfortable, answering questions, and making every visit as smooth and stress-free as possible.
I am currently studying to earn my dental radiography license, and I’m very excited to continue growing in the dental field while building strong, meaningful connections with our patients.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, homeschooling my two children, and going on hikes with our dog, Rupert. These moments bring warmth, balance, and joy to my life—energy that I bring with me to work each day.
Maddie Wood
Hello, my name is Maddie. I am a Registered and Certified Dental Assistant (RDA/CDA), and I have had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Parnaik since she founded Dental Creations 15 years ago. When you visit our office, I will be one of the first to greet you with a warm welcome in the reception area before guiding you to my operatory.
There, my goal is to help you feel at ease. You are welcome to relax in the chair as I offer comforting amenities such as a warm blanket, a pillow, stress balls, and lip balm. I am always happy to help ease any anxiety—sometimes with a good story—while we discuss your dental health, concerns, and goals. During your appointment, Dr. Parnaik will join us so that together we can create a personalized plan tailored to your needs. At the end of your visit, I will provide a warm towel and a water bottle to help you leave feeling refreshed.
The dental field has been an important part of my life for more than 40 years, and I take great pride in ensuring every patient feels comfortable and confident in choosing Dental Creations for their care. Although I will be retiring soon, the love and dedication I have poured into this role will remain. I know this office will continue to uphold the same compassion, professionalism, and exceptional care that define Dental Creations, because its excellence does not depend on any one individual—even me.
As I transition into retirement, I look forward to spending more time with my four beautiful grandchildren and caring for my spirited kitten, Mr. Gus.
Meghan, CDA, RDH, BSHC
From the moment I began my journey in dental assisting in 2000, I have been passionate about helping people achieve optimal oral health and overall wellness. Over the years, this passion led me to pursue a career as a Registered Dental Hygienist, graduating from the accredited Dental Hygiene Program at Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC) in 2017. I have since expanded my expertise with certifications in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide, allowing me to provide comfortable, relaxed care for patients of all ages. My commitment to lifelong learning also guided me to earn a Bachelor’s in Health Science from Wilmington University and a certificate in Human Resource Management.
What drives me most is the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives through comprehensive, whole-body-focused dental care. I have a particular affinity for supporting patients who experience anxiety or fear, ensuring they feel safe, heard, and cared for during every visit. My experiences volunteering with certified therapy dogs in children’s dentistry, reading programs, and senior-care facilities have strengthened this approach, helping me build trust and confidence with even the most apprehensive patients.
Outside the office, I am deeply committed to community and family life. I share my home with two rescue pets—a spirited orange tabby and a devoted Rottweiler mix—who remind me daily of the joy and companionship animals bring. I also enjoy painting, ballroom dancing, and singing, and I actively participate in my parish community at St. Mary of the Lake Church in Medford, NJ, where I volunteer in a variety of ministries.
Every day, I strive to combine professional expertise, compassion, and a holistic approach to dental care—helping patients not only maintain healthy smiles but also enhance their overall well-being.
Stephanie Correa
Hello, my name is Stephanie Correa. I am deeply passionate about providing personalized care to each patient. Having the opportunity to help create smiles that patients truly love, while building meaningful relationships that make our office feel like family, is what inspires my dedication to dentistry.
My ability to be a strong team player comes from years of discipline and training in various forms of dance, as well as more than 15 years in the service industry, where I managed over 40 employees. These experiences shaped my leadership, communication skills, and commitment to exceptional service.
Outside the office, I balance my professional life with being a devoted full-time mother to my wonderful children. I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family—listening to music, watching movies, and traveling to experience new foods and cultures. As a family, we love camping, hiking, and spending time outdoors with our fur baby, Rosie.
