James Brudnicki, Certified Executive Chef
We are excited to welcome James Brudnicki, a Certified Executive Chef who will be talking about making healthy choices when you cook. Mr. Brudnicki will help you change the way you think about cooking. The presentation will cover the differences between quinoa, rice and pasta, healthy salad dressings, and easy-to-prepare chicken dishes. There will be an open question and answer session. Attendees will have an opportunity to see techniques in action and enjoy delicious food:
- Cranberry brined chicken breast over quinoa topped with cucumber and preserved lemon salsa
- Citrus barley pilaf salad with Moroccan vegetables and dijon emulsion
About Chef James Brudnicki
Mr. Brudnicki has spent 25 years working as a chef in luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants from Las Vegas to New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. He is currently an Adjunct Chef Instructor teaching credit and non-credit classes at Burlington County College Mt. Holly Culinary Center.
