Dental Insurance

Many of the patients who come to our Medford dental office have dental insurance. Dr. Parnaik participates with Delta Dental and we work with most other dental insurance companies as a non-participating provider.

Even if we are not in your network, in most cases, we will be able to help you use your dental insurance benefit to help pay for your treatment. As a courtesy, we will submit claims on your behalf and you will be responsible for paying any balance not paid by dental insurance. Most patients only pay a small co-pay or deductible.

We do not accept assignment of benefits for Horizon patients. You will still receive reimbursement for your treatment, however it will be sent directly to you rather than our office. You will pay for the full treatment at the time of your appointment and we will submit the paperwork so that you receive direct reimbursement.

If you have specific questions about your dental insurance, please contact our office at 609.365.0673.

Dental Insurance FAQs

What types of dental insurance do you accept?
We process nearly any dental insurance that will help pay for your services. Dr. Parnaik participates with Delta Dental, for other insurance companies we can still provide treatment but are considered an out-of-network provider.

What does dental insurance cover?
Dental insurance is a prepaid benefit and is an agreement between the employer or individual and the dental insurance provider. Benefits are provided on an annual basis and do not carry over from one year to the next. Dental insurance providers have specific coverage that they allow.

Our goal is to provide optimal dental care without sacrificing service based on dental insurance benefits. We will work with your dental insurance provider to maximize your benefits. Our staff will work with you to make any cost not covered by dental insurance as easy and manageable as possible.
